1, 2, 3, 4...

Step 1: Walk outside
Step 2: Look around you.
Step 3: Smell the air.
Step 4: Embrace your enviornment.

The Earth is where you, your mom, dad, and animals live on. Without the Earth, where else would we go? It is true that scientists are currently studying if humans could survive living on Mars, but currently, we can't. So, why is it some thing we need the most, is something that people take advantage of and trash. For me, it's hard to walk half a mile without seeing any litter on the ground. I hate to see people just throw everything on the ground!

One day in school, I was just passing by walking to lunch, and saw this one girl eating popcorn. Ofcourse there was no problem there, let her be. But as I started to walk closer I notice she wasn't just eating it, she was throwing the popcorn on the floor! Soon, she had just threw the whole paper bag of greesy butter on the floor. What got me really mad was that the trash can had been less than three feet away from her. How could someone have the soul to just throw trash on the ground when the trashcan was only three feet away.

That was one story of an enviornmental problem I had. Littering is one bad habit many people in our world have, but another one is wasting. Wasting anything. Food, water, plants, trees, anything! Every person in the world wastes so much water and food. Food might not be related to this enviornmental problem, but just think of all the others that could eat it? There are so many contributors to the destruction of Mother Nature that I cannot explain them all.
